Do you ever feel like you haven't unlocked your full potential? Do you think you have more to offer? That there is more deep inside you, and you just are not sure how to access it?
Chances are I'm not the only person who can feel this way. A lot of us have more to offer than meets the eye, or than what others can see. So how do you unlock your full potential?
11 Quotes on Unlocking Your FULL Potential
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” —The Apostle Paul in Romans 12:2
- Special Note: Reading God's Word daily and allowing it to “renew my mind” is my #1 habit for living to my full potential. That's because my full potential is to live according to God's will.

“There is no man living who isn’t capable of doing more than he thinks he can do. —Henry Ford
“There are countless ways of achieving greatness, but any road to achieving one’s maximum potential must be built on a bedrock of respect for the individual, a commitment to excellence, and a rejection of mediocrity.” —Buck Rodgers

Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? …Which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? …Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ ….But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” —Jesus in Matthew 6:25-33
Unlock Your Potential
From all these quotes, I see three main takeaways.
First, my number one priority in life is to glorify God and enjoy Him. I do this here on earth by following Jesus.
Second, you and I have to recognize that there's even more potential in us than we realize. If you have a hard time with this truth, I suggest reading the Gospel of John in the Bible. In it, you will discover a God who values you so much that He entered the world to redeem you to Him.
Third, it takes determination, consistency, and stick-to-it-tiveness to unlock your full potential. Apathy won't bring it about. So I say let's get to work!
