SHOW UP AND SHINE Questions

If you boiled life down to one philosophy that brings meaning and adds value to your life no matter what circumstances you face, what is that philosophy for you?

My life philosophy is to live a fulfilling life. For this to happen, I always ask myself these two questions: (1) Am l living a fulfilling life? (2) If today was my last day on earth, have l achieve the most important goal for my life?  For me, that goal is to have a peaceful family and inspire other people to be the best they can be.

What are one or two keys to success for you?

Over the past 10 years, I believe three things have been the pillars to all of my successes: planning, staying focused, and being open minded. With a plan, l am able to analyze and prepare well on whatever goals l set for myself, marriage, and family. Staying focused helps me to stay on track with my plan, while being open minded allows me to seek, listen, and receive constructive feedback on all of my goals and plans.

What is one of the biggest mistakes you’ve made and what did you learn from it?

Doing something l knew was wrong; this always leads to bad results.

What is your best advice for people who want to SHOW UP AND SHINE? In other words, what would you say to help people live into their bigger story?

Have a plan, work hard and smart on your plan, stay focused, be open minded, learn to build relationships with people, and always remember…prevention is better than cure.
