If you boiled life down to one philosophy that brings meaning and adds value to your life no matter what circumstances you face, what is that philosophy for you?

I agree with Earl Nightingale: “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.” I determine what success is to me, not somebody else, and what I choose to be successful at is an honorable pursuit.

What are one or two keys to success for you?

    1. Positive and effective communication
    2. Daily successful habits consistently applied

What is one of the biggest mistakes you've made and what did you learn from it?

I put a higher priority on my professional goals than my health. My health suffered and so did my professional, spiritual, and physical growth and success.

What is your best advice for people who want to SHOW UP AND SHINE? In other words, what would you say to help people live into their bigger story?

Engage! Probably the best advice I ever received from my father was: “Somebody has to do it, why not you?” Ignore your fear(s), write down your goals, develop positive daily habits, engage in your life with personal accountability, acknowledge the small wins and build on them to accomplish your bigger goals. Do this and you're guaranteed to live into your bigger story!
