When you fill your mind with piles and piles of mindlessness, you’ll develop stinking thinking. If, however, you fill your mind with mind-full resources like inspiring books, positive podcasts, and real connections with real people, you’ll replace sticking thinking with stellar thoughts.

Drop the Low Grade Fuel. Food is fuel. Low grade fuel like simple sugars and processed foods causes your body to run poorly and breakdown more often. Premium fuel like lean protein, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats keeps your body running smoothly and powerfully. Even more, when you put this premium fuel to work through exercise, you instantly boost your feelings and mood.

Drop the Drama. Don’t hang out with Drama Kings or Queens. As Jim Rohn said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

Drop the Excess. Most things in moderation are fine. But even good things, taken to the extreme, can be harmful. Therefore, find work you love and work hard, but don’t work in excess.
