Words of Appreciation…Even When It’s Hard!
This past week, we celebrated Thanksgiving. To many, gratitude has not come easy with all the troubles this year has brought. Life comes with difficulties: loss of a job or business, financial hardships, illness, and more. It can be easy to get stuck in the challenges of life and forget to be grateful, which is why it’s especially important to practice saying, “Thank you!”
With this in mind, I encourage you to start each day this week reflecting on what you’re thankful for. But take it even a step further. Intentionally find one person you can say, “Thank you!” to each day. I guarantee you you’ll start noticing a difference because gratitude has a powerful effect on all parts of your life!
