Don’t Be Picky – Encouragement Matters

True success requires encouragement.

Whether you are seeking success in your marriage, family, friendships, work, business, or personal development…encouragement will likely be needed.

This is especially true during the holiday season. Many people are struggling during this time of year — whether it's financially, family tension, or loss — which makes this season a great time to encourage others.

Don't Be Picky with Encouragement

The late Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A® and a true success story himself, gave great insight concerning the importance of encouragement when it comes to leading and serving alongside others.

He often asked leaders, “Do you know how you can tell if a person needs encouragement?”

His response was classic: “If the person is breathing, he or she needs encouragement!”

Be sure to encourage someone today! And don't be picky. Remember, if the person is breathing, he or she needs encouragement.
